KIMBERLY O'HAVER - President has been with TMI since 1996 and served as Vice President - Administration from 2006 to 2009. A former National Bank Examiner with the US Treasury Department for over ten years, Ms. O’Haver is responsible for bid preparation, regulatory reporting, regulatory and contract compliance, and corporate planning & financial management.
DENNICE L. SCARLETT, Vice President Has been with TMi since 1986, starting as an assistant manager/dispatcher and progressing to transit system operations management in 1991 then to Vice President - Operations in 2008. Ms. Scarlett is an expert in every facet of transit system operations and management and is responsible for day-to-day operations oversight.

THOMAS SINN, AICP - Retired President (1981 - 2009) Co-founded TMI in 1981 with retired Vice President - Finance Jeff Edmunds. Experienced in establishing new transit systems, as well as in assuming management and operations of existing systems, Mr. Sinn is a Professional Community Planner and also owned his own planning firm for twenty-seven years before retiring in 2003.
JEFF B. EDMUNDS, CPA - Retired Vice President - Finance Co-founded TMI in 1981 with retired President Thomas Sinn. Was also a managing partner of McMurray, Marks, & Edmunds, CPAs, from 1974 until his retirement in 2001.
